Hadn't this dishwasher been through enough? The shipping company transported it on its back, then stacked something heavy on top of it denting the front panel. This is a case of adding insult and injury!

An improperly applied strap can cause more damage than it prevents, and this refrigerator has the scars to prove it. A strap at its top corner tightened and forced the appliance to buckle. Thanks to careless shipping, it arrived at the lab more damaged than it was at pickup.
