Component Testing

Donan’s Component Testing Laboratory (CTL) offers full-service solutions for investigating product failures. As the largest forensic laboratory of its kind in the nation, our brand-new, 21st-century facility was custom built for top-quality and efficient product inspections. A state-of-the-art joint-inspection laboratory provides plenty of dedicated space and equipment for joint exams, as well as breakaway rooms for counsel and their experts. We house a group of licensed professional engineers with years of experience in a wide range of disciplines – conducting well over 10,000 inspections annually. Our high volume means that we have access to valuable intelligence relating to product failure trends – a useful resource to our clients as our experts support them in their assessment of a claim’s subrogation potential.

Our component testing services are available nationwide via our fixed-price mail-in program. We handle everything from packing, shipping, and storing evidence to material disposal at no additional charge to you. We’re the best kind of forensic partner – we’ll manage all the details so you can focus your time on what matters most to you and your customers.
