Jeremy Richardson joined Donan in 2012 as a forensic engineer based out of the firm’s Charlotte, North Carolina office. He has 16 years of engineering experience, and has completed over 1000 forensic investigations. Mr. Richardson has worked in the following industries: airport design and construction management. His area of expertise is residential and commercial construction, and his project capabilities include mold origin and cause, flood studies, roof inspections, structural evaluations/assessments, impact assessments, water losses, and water intrusion, among others.
Mr. Richardson is a licensed professional engineer in Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and an Associate degree in science from Gaston College.
