Mr. O’Neal joined Donan in 2018 and currently serves as a Forensic Engineer based out of the firm’s Baton Rouge, Louisiana office. He began his engineering career in 1979 and has worked in the following industries: civil, construction, forensic, structural, and utility engineering. Randall has previous experience serving as a building contractor, superintendent/estimator, and expat engineer for the reconstruction efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan. His areas of expertise are architectural engineering, concrete construction, construction defects, construction site negligence, geotechnical, highway construction/design, storm and waste water, structural engineering, and utility design/construction, among others.
Randall is a licensed professional engineer in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas, and a general contractor, electrician, and HVAC contractor in Louisiana, and holds a Project Management Professional Certification. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University in Civil Engineering.
