Matthew Hodge joined Donan in 2008 as a forensic engineer based out of the firm’s Nashville, Tennessee office. He has over 14 years of engineering experience and has completed over 1500 forensic investigations. Mr. Hodge has prior experience in residential construction and roadway design. His area of expertise is fungal growth, and he completes a wide range of projects at Donan related to docks and marinas, roof inspections, structural assessments, and construction defects, among others.
Mr. Hodge is a licensed professional engineer in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. He is also a Certified Mold Inspector, Building Enclosure Commissioning Process Provider, and Accredited Commissioning Authority plus Building Enclosure. Mr. Hodge earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee.
