Important CTL Update

At Donan, we are committed to ensuring all of our service lines are providing the value and exceptional quality our customers have come to expect from us. As part of our efforts to continuously improve our services, we are changing the Component Testing Lab (CTL) prices effective January 1, 2016.

In the new pricing model, items sent to Donan’s CTL are invoiced based on their complexity rather than a one-price-fits-all philosophy. The smaller items incur smaller fees while the larger, more complex projects are priced at a higher rate. The components will be grouped into three pricing tiers based on the products that the lab receives routinely: Plumbing & Appliance Components, Appliances, and Water Heaters.

This will continue to allow our professional engineers to spend adequate time and resources to deliver the most thorough analysis and the best reporting, and ensures that you, our customer, receive the same quality service and fast turnaround time from our lab services.

One of the areas we are most proud of at the Donan CTL is our ease of use.  We strive to streamline evidence handling in order to make everything as easy as possible for our customers. In line with this philosophy, at your request, we will continue to manage all aspects of shipping items to us, and we have extended our free storage from 45 days to 6 months; no more short-term evidence storage invoices.  We will also continue to offer free evidence disposal at the customer’s request.
