LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY – February 27, 2018 – Donan was presented with Bronze Stevie® Awards in the Customer Service Department of the Year and Customer Service Manager of the Year categories in the 12th annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals.  The Stevie Awards organizes seven of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business AwardsSM  and International Business Awards®.  More than 2,500 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.

This is the third year in a row that Donan has won bronze in the Customer Service Department of the Year category, but the first time Amanda Prewitt has been nominated and awarded bronze for Customer Service Manager of the Year.  One judge commented: “Amanda pushing her team and the company toward a journey-centric approach, moving from siloed functions and top-down innovation to cross-functional processes and empowered bottom-up innovation is remarkable.”
